Charlotte DiMaggio, BSN, RN, CPN
Faculty Coach
Charlotte was called to nursing because of the unique way it blends critical thinking with compassion. Charlotte earned her BSN from the University of Miami and began her career at a free-standing children’s hospital in Florida as a pediatric oncology nurse. While there, she created a New Diagnosis Diabetic Education Program and provided annual diabetes management education for hospital staff, which sparked her love for teaching and leadership. Charlotte went on to spend ten years as a travel nurse where she worked in many different hospitals, cared for diverse patient populations, and grew both personally and professionally.
Charlotte now lives in Hawaii, where she works in a pediatric hospital while pursuing a dual degree in MSN in Executive Leadership and a Master of Science in Health Administration. Outside of work, she loves staying active: skiing, surfing, diving, and hiking are some of her biggest passions, and she also enjoys painting when she gets the chance.
