Mary Beth Croucher is a seasoned operating room nurse and healthcare leader with over 17 years of experience. She has worked at a variety of Level 1 trauma centers and teaching hospitals across the country during her decade-long tenure as an operating room travel nurse. Following travel, Mary Beth has held pivotal roles, including serving as a Clinician of Operations for Tampa General and Clinical Director for Gifted Healthcare.

Currently, she continues to work in the operating room while also proudly serving as a curator for Trumont in the perioperative space. She is deeply committed to fostering the education and long-term retention of these nurses, ensuring their growth and success within the profession. Mary Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Newman University, a Masters in Healthcare Administration from LSU, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Trident University.
