Michelle Sturgeon, BSN, RN, is a dedicated and experienced nursing professional. Bringing over 23 years in healthcare serving in roles ranging from direct patient care, nursing leadership, and senior operational leadership. Working to ensure long-term strategic success; healthcare compliance; high-quality patient care, self-care, workflows; professional workforce development; and adherence to clinical standards.

As a member of the American Institute of Healthcare Compliance, the American Society for Health Care Risk Management, American Health Law Association, and the American Academy of Professional Coders, she works to promote evidence-based, ethical practice; professional development; nursing retention and resiliency; and health care initiatives; all contributing to a culture of safety and improving patient outcomes and experience.

Michelle currently resides in Kansas with her husband and their three children, and enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and at various sporting activities with her children.
