Morgan Peoples is a dedicated and innovative leader contributing legal, compliance, and management expertise to advance education opportunities for the nursing workforce. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

With a passion for bettering her community, Morgan has experience working in both civil and criminal law firms as well as in compliance before transitioning to a healthcare focus. In addition to her role today, she has held multiple positions with TruMont as it developed, including Compliance Consultant and Project Manager. Combining her cross-disciplinary background with 4 years of experience at TruMont, she supports organizational initiatives as the Chief Operating Officer.

An Alabama native, Morgan is based out of Birmingham, AL and enjoys spending her time outside of work with family, reading, and fostering/ volunteering with her local animal rescue.
