Taryn earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University’s Honors College. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience spanning pre-hospital medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, cardiology, and palliative care.

Her professional interests include nursing education, mentorship, and end-of-life care. She has served as Clinical Faculty at a university, with a focus on simulation-based education and clinical skills instruction. She has also been a Faculty Coach at TruMont for nearly five years. She is honored to have been inducted into Sigma Theta Tau and Phi Kappa Phi and has received multiple recognitions for excellence in patient care.
